Step 1: Check whether your site is registered correctly in the EC Book widget site ( if it is mandatory in the catalogue )
Step 2: Is the script intact and is it placed correctly on you website as instructed?
Step 3: Do you have any other versions of Jquery installed in your website?
Step 4: Are there any other javascript libraries that dont work well with jquery?
Can I regenerate the script from the widget site, and apply on my website again?
Yes, as often as you like, just delete the previously pasted script.

I used my existing script to another website and it is not working. Why?
If the website registration is mandatory for a catalogue, you need to register website before using the embed script.
