   EC Book catalogue widget is a downloadable application which makes it possible to publish the EC Book catalogues online on any website in a very simple and easy way.

   EC Book widgets are safe to use and it does not read or capture any information from the web pages.
3. What browsers does  the widget support?
   EC Book widget is optimized for the most used versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox on Windows, Firefox and Safari on Mac OS X.
4. Can I view the EC Book Widget in iPad?
   Yes, the widget works with iPad irrespective of Flash support.
5. Do I need to renew my script periodically?
   No, it's a one time registration in case if your catalogue asks you to register website url
6. Are there any costs involved?
   The EC Book catalogue widgets are free to use, you just need to register the URL of the website where the widget will be placed and agree to the "Terms and Conditions" if your catalogue asks for it. Otherwise you will just select the website widget option to get the widget script
7. How do I delete the EC Book Catalogue Widget from the site?
   You only delete the script you placed on your web site/blog and the widget dissapears immediately.
8. How long does it take for the widget to get active after pasting the script in my website?
   It appears instantly.

1. How do I install the EC Book Catalogue Widget in my website?
   Register on the EC Book widget site and follow the instructions.
2. Why do I need to sign up to get the widgets?
   The information provided in your registration helps us keep the widget working and in an active state when placed in your blog or website and to protect the widget from being misused. It is not mandatory for all catalogues

Trouble Shooting

1. The widget doesn’t work in my website, what can be wrong with it?
   Step 1: Check whether your site is registered correctly in the EC Book widget site ( if it is mandatory in the catalogue )
   Step 2: Is the script intact and is it placed correctly on you website as instructed?
   Step 3: Do you have any other versions of Jquery installed in your website?
   Step 4: Are there any other javascript libraries that dont work well with jquery?
   
2. Can I regenerate the script from the widget site, and apply on my website again?
   Yes, as often as you like, just delete the previously pasted script.
3. If I still find problems what should I do?
   Contact the  widget@ec.is helpdesk and describe your problem.
4. I used my existing script to another website and it is not working. Why?
   If the website registration is mandatory for a catalogue, you need to register website before using the embed script.
5. I have questions that are not answered here, what shall I do?
